Get Bent Custom Exhaust Breaks Ground

A groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday began construction of a new building for Get Bent Custom Exhaust & Undercar Service at 313 N. Grandstaff Drive, Auburn. Owners Harry Riley Jr. and Darvin Riley participated with their parents, Harry Sr. and Darlene Riley; Harry Jr.’s wife. Vicky; Darvin’s girlfriend, Karla Law; and employees Caleb Decker and Josh Bowser. Invited guests included Auburn Mayor Mike Ley, second from left; architect Brian Stockwell and representatives of Lake City Bank, Auburn Abstract and the Auburn Department of Building, Planning and Development. Harry Riley Jr. said plans call for opening the building by late July. Get Bent specializes in stock and custom automotive exhausts, brakes, steering, suspension, alignments and minor engine repairs. The business opened in 2004-2005 and now operates on Wayne Street.
