New Hotel Opens in Auburn

AUBURN — Amerilodge Group has opened of a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel at 300 Lenora Lane, along S.R. 8 west of Interstate 69.

The 90-room hotel will feature the newest design for the Holiday Inn Express brand, “Formula Blue.”

Guestrooms will include a flexible work space; storage units providing horizontal luggage storage; and moveable seating allowing guests to use the space in ways that work best for them.

The hotel features open lobby design, an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services in a 24-hour business center.

The hotel also offers more than 1,100 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 100 people.

The hotel is expected to add more than 25 jobs to the community, Amerilodge Group said.
